Senior GenAI Engineer – ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in business process mapping and delivering AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform — with a particular focus on Now Assist Skills and Now Assist Agents. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize intelligent workflows that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions with integrated AI capabilities, especially Now Assist Skills and Agents.

• Map and analyze business processes, translating them into scalable, automated workflows.

• Work across business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative, value-driven solutions.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to align with organizational needs.

• Support solution testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• Expertise in at least two of the following: ITOM, TPSM, CSM.

• Hands-on experience with Now Assist Skills and Agents for intelligent workflow design.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Relevant certifications preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer

  • ITOM/CSM Implementation Specialist

  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (nice to have)
