Senior CRM Salesforce Engineer
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions
Maintain and optimize Salesforce environments, managing technical debt
Recommend optimal technical solutions aligned with business needs
Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and cost efficiency
Stay up to date with Salesforce products, technologies, and best practices
Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura), including 1–2 years in a senior or lead role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and best practices
Expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud (Net Zero Cloud as a plus)
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, and SOSL
Solid understanding of architectural and integration design patterns
Experience with Salesforce integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), requirements management, and effort estimation
Excellent communication skills, ability to translate between technical and business language
Team-oriented, proactive, adaptable mindset
English at C2 level
Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Python or AMPscript as an advantage
