Job description
Requirements:
4+ years Azure experience; 5+ years in large-scale data management & analytics
Hands-on with Azure services: Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, SQL, Data Factory, Data Explorer
Proficient in SQL, Python, Azure DevOps/GitHub

Strong English (and Polish) communication; experience with international clients
Responsibilities:
Manage full data lifecycle: acquisition, cleaning, integration, analysis, visualization
Build pipelines, scalable data architectures, and automated processes
Maintain and optimize existing solutions; implement data quality checks
Collaborate in technical teams to turn data into insights and improve products
Advise clients and propose improvements directly to stakeholders
