Senior AI Engineer (GenAI & LLM)

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer (GenAI) to join our team in building production-grade solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and multi-modal processing (text, audio, and image). We are seeking a specialist who understands GenAI in practice, can select the right models for specific business needs, and has experience with solutions deployed in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.

• Select, test, and evaluate language models tailored to specific business use cases.

• Work with RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integrate models into existing systems.

• Verify and optimize code generated by AI models (Python).

• Participate in the full product lifecycle – from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate with the team and actively share knowledge to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 7–8 years of overall commercial experience in the IT industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python (or 2–3 years if combined with exceptionally strong LLM expertise).

• Several years of hands-on, practical experience in GenAI and LLMs.

• Proven track record with RAG and integrating AI models into production-scale systems.

• Strong ability to assess code quality and evaluate the performance of AI-driven solutions.

• Experience in building and maintaining AI-powered products.
