Scrum Master

We’re looking for a Scrum Master to guide our teams through Agile and hybrid frameworks, helping deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams for higher productivity

• Support Product Owners with backlog creation and prioritization

• Identify and resolve issues while promoting continuous improvement

• Drive cultural change, fostering trust, transparency, and collaboration

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Hybrid) and project methodologies

• Experience in IT projects, including enterprise software implementations (e.g., SAP)

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills

• Fluent English
