Scrum Master/IT Project Manager with Italian

Key Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Agile delivery for AI and Data initiatives built on modern cloud platforms.

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Managing project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies (e.g., India, Italy).

• Monitoring progress and preparing reports using Agile metrics and KPIs.

• Identifying project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.

• Promoting Agile maturity and continuous improvement within teams.

• Ensuring stakeholder alignment and clear communication across all project phases.

• Maintaining project documentation, knowledge repositories, and status reports.

• Supporting change management initiatives and Agile adoption efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global, multi-cultural environments.

• Solid understanding of Agile principles, practices, and delivery models.

• Experience working with cloud ecosystems (e.g., Azure) and data-focused projects.

• Strong proficiency in Agile project management tools.

• Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2).

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar.

• Experience with AI-driven delivery or project management tools.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and integration into Agile workflows.
