SAP S/4 HANA Testing Leader

Responsibilities:

• Quality Management: Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes for SAP S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion programs.
• SAP Activate Methodology: Apply a deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology to ensure structured and efficient project execution.
• Test Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies tailored for large-scale SAP programs.
• End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration between various modules and functionalities.
• Automation Frameworks: Develop and enhance automation frameworks for UI and API testing to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks while effectively communicating potential issues to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to align on project scope and testing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in testing, with significant exposure to SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in test management tools such as ALM, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Qtest. Practical experience with automation tools, particularly Tosca, is essential.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions effectively.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in industries like Consumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
