SAP DRC Consultant

We are seeking a highly specialized SAP DRC Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP’s integrated solution for electronic invoicing and statutory reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring our clients meet complex local legal requirements (such as KSeF in Poland, SAF-T/JPK, and other global mandates) across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. This role is a hybrid of functional finance expertise and technical integration management.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Implementation: Design and configure SAP DRC (formerly eDocument Framework) for end-to-end e-invoicing and tax reporting processes.

• Compliance Management: Monitor global and local legal changes (e.g., KSeF, JPK, Peppol) and translate them into system requirements.

• Functional Integration: Collaborate with FI, SD, and MM teams to ensure seamless data flow from business transactions to compliance reports.

• Technical Orchestration: Oversee the integration between SAP DRC and communication platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or SAP Integration Suite.

• Project Delivery: Lead all project phases: from initial requirement gathering and blueprinting to UAT, Go-live, and Hypercare.

• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues related to XML mapping, digital signatures, and communication with government portals.

Technical & Functional Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in SAP FI/CO, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP DRC / eDocument Framework.

• Localization Expertise: Proven track record in implementing localizations (e.g., Poland, Italy, Romania, or Spain). Specific experience with KSeF (Poland) is a significant plus.

• Technical Skills: * Deep understanding of XML/JSON structures and AIF (Application Interface Framework).

  • Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Cloud Integration.

  • Knowledge of OSS Notes implementation and SAP DRC cockpit configuration.

• Reporting: Practical knowledge of SAF-T (JPK), VAT reporting, and Statutory Reporting.
