Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of fintech systems, including the creation of project plans and monitoring progress.
- Track project milestones for complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with schedules and specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress using project management tools like Jira.
- Ensure projects are completed according to requirements and within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing technical projects - min. 5 years.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, and the ability to track milestones.
- A technical background that supports effective project management without requiring coding.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with financial systems is highly desirable.
