Project Manager - US time zone

US Time zone position UTC -5

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global clients in designing and executing end-to-end transformation programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver strategic insights.
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Participate in creating EY best practices and building long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, change or project management.
• Master’s degree in business, economics, technology, or similar field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Planview.
• Certifications (PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model and within Central European time zones.
