US Time zone position UTC -5
Key Responsibilities:
- Support global clients in designing and executing end-to-end transformation programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver strategic insights.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Participate in creating EY best practices and building long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, change or project management.
- Master’s degree in business, economics, technology, or similar field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, DevOps and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Planview.
- Certifications (PMI, Prince2, Scrum, SAFe) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and within Central European time zones.
