Product Manager SAP Fieldglass

We are looking for a strategic Product Owner/Solution Lead to oversee the functional evolution of our SAP Fieldglass ecosystem. This role focuses on driving the lifecycle of Contingent Workforce (CW) and Services Procurement (SOW) modules. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring seamless end-to-end integration within a complex SAP Ariba and ECC landscape.

The Role:

• Backlog Governance: Drive the prioritization and refinement of the Fieldglass roadmap, balancing new functional demand with critical system sustainment.

• Solution Design: Lead discovery sessions to map "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" processes, translating stakeholder visions into high-quality functional specs and acceptance criteria.

• Integration Oversight: Analyze and mitigate cross-module impacts to maintain data integrity across the P2P flow (Fieldglass to Ariba/ECC).

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary functional expert for Procurement, Finance, Tax, and IT to resolve logic conflicts and process gaps.

• Quality Assurance Support: Support testing phases by validating expected system behavior and leading defect triage during deployment cycles.
