Presales Engineer

This is not a delivery role. You will act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, working closely with sales and product to support new opportunities and guide customization strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in pre-sales meetings with international telecom clients

• Understanding business and technical requirements, and translating them into clear technical documentation for delivery teams

• Advising clients on customization possibilities and product capabilities

• Suggesting technical solutions aligned with PacketFront’s OSS/BSS product offering

• Supporting internal teams with insights, specifications and structured analysis

• Working cross-functionally with Swedish-based leadership, product management and engineering teams

Requirements::

• A strong technical background, ideally in network infrastructure or OSS systems

• Experience in roles combining customer interaction with technical responsibility (e.g. Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant)

• Excellent English – minimum C1 level (spoken and written)

• Swedish is a big plus – but not a requirement

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

• Analytical mindset and ability to document processes precisely

• Knowledge of telecom environments, network automation, or scripting (Python, Java) will be an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
