PMO / Change Manager with Italian
We are looking for a PMO / Change Manager with Italian language skills to support HR transformation initiatives within a corporate environment. The role combines project coordination, change management support, and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on HR processes, including payroll, employee data, and HR systems.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates looking to build experience in project management, organizational change, and HR transformation in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support PMO activities across HR-related projects, including planning, reporting, and documentation
Assist in coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support change management activities such as stakeholder communication, training coordination, and adoption tracking
Help maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure alignment of project activities
Support communication with Italian-speaking stakeholders and end users
Assist in preparing presentations, project updates, and internal communications
Track risks, dependencies, and change impacts related to HR processes and systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Very good command of English and Italian (spoken and written)
Interest in project management, PMO, or change management
Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or people-related processes is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project documentation tools
