Observability Specialist
Scope of responsibilities:
Run workshops for technical and business teams to align on observability goals
Support teams in defining technical and business KPIs
Design Observability Maps and recommend relevant metrics, logs, and alerts to support system performance and reliability
Required experience:
5+ years of experience in observability, application monitoring, or SRE roles
Practical knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK
