IAM Manager / Senior IAM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IAM Manager / Senior IAM Specialist to take ownership of Identity and Access Management services across a global enterprise environment. The role focuses on the development, operation, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions, ensuring secure and stable directory services both on-premises and in the cloud.

You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) environments, supporting IAM controls and toolsets, and contributing to IAM-related projects. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to operate in a regulated, global environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) solutions across projects and operational environments.

• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Directory Services, both on-premises and cloud-based.

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IAM controls, processes, and toolsets.

• Ensure stable and secure global operations of the enterprise domain and ICS domains.

• Participate in IAM-related projects, including solution design, implementation, and optimisation.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, security policies, HSE regulations, and standard operating procedures.

• Support audits and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure IAM services meet business and operational needs.

Required Experience and Skills

• Senior-level experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in large, global environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).

• Experience supporting both on-premises and cloud-based directory services.

• Solid understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication, authorisation, role-based access, and lifecycle management.

• Experience working with IAM controls, policies, and governance processes.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM and directory-related issues.

• Experience participating in or leading IAM-related projects.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with industrial or critical infrastructure environments (ICS).

• Familiarity with IAM governance frameworks and compliance standards.
