Java Tech Lead/Architect

We are seeking a Java Tech Lead / Architect to join a team working on a complex interoperability system. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-responsibility environments, understands the performance impact of technical decisions, and enjoys mentoring others while designing robust software architecture.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of a Java-based interoperability platform.

• Learn the existing system architecture and quickly get up to speed.

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring alignment with architectural goals.

• Design and review solutions with scalability, maintainability, and database performance in mind.

• Collaborate closely with product owners and other stakeholders.

• Drive code quality, clean architecture, and development best practices.

🧠 Must-Have Skills:

• Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework.

• Strong understanding of SQL, Oracle DB, and object-relational mapping.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Software Architect.

• Ability to understand and optimize systems for database performance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Previous experience with performance tuning in large-scale systems.
