Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Quarkus, Kotlin, and OpenAPI to join a newly confirmed project focused on developing a mobile platform for external clients.
You’ll be working on the backend side of the solution, helping design and implement service and data integration layers. This role will directly support the mobile frontend team and contribute to the build-out of critical client-facing assets.
Key Skills & Technologies
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin
- Solid understanding and application of the Quarkus framework
- Proficiency in OpenAPI for service design and documentation
- Experience building scalable, efficient, and secure backend services
- Exposure to mobile-first architectures and service integration best practices
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams
