IT Project Manager - Finance
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with at least 5 years of independent project delivery experience to lead initiatives from an IT project portfolio. The role involves end-to-end ownership of scope, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication—working closely across Business and IT.
Key responsibilities
Lead delivery of one or more projects from the IT portfolio, from initiation through completion
Define, agree and deliver project scope with decision-making bodies; manage and control scope changes
Plan and manage the allocated project budget
Deliver according to agreed assumptions, timeline and quality standards; proactively manage risks and issues
Establish and oversee project quality assurance practices
Manage the project team (internal and external contributors) and coordinate vendor collaboration
Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders inside and outside the project (reports, steering updates, decisions)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project management with full ownership of delivery
Proven experience delivering projects at the Business–IT interface
Working knowledge of MS Project
Experience with tools for IT change management, testing and defect tracking (e.g., Jira)
Good general understanding of IT technologies to communicate effectively with external suppliers
English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written)
High level of independence, strong organisation and timely delivery
Goal-oriented mindset with strong execution focus
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across different levels of the organisation
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
