Integration Ops Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IBM MQ software and systems.
• Provide support for both RUN and project activities on IBM App Connect (ACE) and IBM WebSphere MQ platforms.
• Ensure robust and efficient deployment of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an application support engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with migrating interfaces.
• Strong understanding of API use cases and the value drivers of integration technologies.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in developing applications using PowerShell, VB.NET, and Java programming languages.
• Proven experience in project deployment and management within large-scale environments.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a large international company.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with IT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills in a multi-tasking environment, managing participation in multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a strong plus.
