Job Description – IAM Business Analyst/Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced IAM Business Analyst/Architect to drive the design and implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Toxic Combination controls within our Identity & Access Management framework. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen to ensure effective governance and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and implement policies and procedures for Segregation of Duties and Toxic Combinations.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define access governance requirements and ensure seamless alignment with organizational objectives.

• Act as a subject matter expert for IAM-related processes, providing guidance on risk reduction and compliance.

• Identify and resolve access conflicts across business and IT functions.

• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance activities by delivering required evidence and documentation.

• Contribute to IAM architecture design and enhancements, ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8–10 years of professional experience in IAM, IT risk, or access governance.

• Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing SoD and Toxic Combination frameworks.

• Preferably with knowledge of mainframe systems and RACF.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across IT and business domains.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
