Guidewire Developer

Guidewire Developer (3+ years experience)

We are currently looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join an international team working on large-scale insurance platforms. The role involves development, customization, and integration of Guidewire solutions to support core insurance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Development and customization of Guidewire applications (e.g. PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)

• Designing and implementing new functionalities within the Guidewire platform

• Integration of Guidewire with external systems and APIs

• Participation in system architecture discussions and technical design

• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production issues when needed

• Working closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in Agile environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Guidewire development

• Strong knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire configuration and integration mechanisms

• Experience working with Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter)

• Knowledge of Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international team

• English – at least B2 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud / Guidewire InsuranceSuite upgrades

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

• Experience in the insurance domain
