Project Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a Corporate Online Development team. The project focuses on implementing a world-class webstore and self-service portal for corporate customers. Depending on the team, you will focus on bringing new services and products into assisted and unassisted sales channels or significantly improving customer and user experiences (UX).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Development: Handle fullstack development and DevOps responsibilities for large-scale websites and self-service portals.

• Collaboration: Actively contribute to the codebase and participate in architectural discussions.

• Team Support: Coach and support junior members of the team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

• Teamwork: Maintain a "team-first" attitude—willing to help others and work together to solve complex challenges.

Requirements (Must have)

• Experience: Proven professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

• Communication: Full capability to work efficiently and communicate fluently in English.

• Mindset: Driven and eager to find solutions (proactive approach to learning, developing, and getting things done).

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Golang, Node.js, MariaDB, and ElasticSearch.

• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, and GitHub Actions.

• AI Integration: Practical experience using AI tools as part of the development workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot).

• Quality Focus: A "quality-first" attitude—writing unit tests, following secure development practices, and ensuring high solution performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing sophisticated, customer-facing user interfaces (UI).

• Business knowledge specific to the Telco industry.

• Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.

• Skills and experience working with both public and private clouds.

• A track record of practical experimentation with new ideas and R&D.

• Real familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies—Scrum Master experience is a huge plus.

• Experience working with Salesforce APIs.

• Knowledge of Web Analytics (specifically GA4).
