Embedded Systems Integration Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Integrator Engineer, you will lead the integration of software units into complete, functional software components aligned with project development plans and architectural guidelines. You will ensure the smooth execution of integration pipelines, address technical challenges, and maintain consistency with software architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the software integration pipeline, ensuring minimal conflicts and clear dependencies.
• Oversee and maintain development and release branches, performing integrations into the master branch when ready.
• Collaborate with the software development and leadership teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Resolve merge conflicts and support developers in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize AUTOSAR tools for code regeneration and perform resource utilization tests (CPU, RAM, ROM) as required.
• Run and maintain smoke, sanity, and motor control tests, ensuring software readiness before regression testing.
• Document and improve the software integration process to enhance efficiency and maintain project discipline.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years in software engineering, with expertise in microcontroller programming, low-level real-time embedded systems, or similar areas.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in C programming and AUTOSAR standards.
• Familiarity with standardized development processes, preferably ASPICE.
• Previous experience as a build manager, software integrator, or system tester is advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Language: Fluency in English.
