Overview
This role involves developing software solutions for power electronics control modules, focusing on real-time embedded systems and AUTOSAR architecture. The ideal candidate will drive the software lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and crafting designs to implementing and verifying solutions. You'll be part of an expert team shaping the future of transportation and mobility technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in defining software requirements and translating them into actionable designs.
- Develop and configure software using coding, AUTOSAR modules, and Simulink auto-generated code.
- Conduct rigorous testing of software on both bench setups and vehicles to ensure performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including designs, test protocols, and results.
- Actively support test trips and provide technical expertise to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in embedded software development.
- Familiarity with high-voltage power electronics is an asset but not required.
- Hands-on experience with tools like MATLAB/Simulink and proficiency in C programming.
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and ISO 26262 is highly desirable.
- Prior exposure to V-model-based processes, especially ASPICE, is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational efficiency. Fluency in English is required.
