DevOps Architect

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Architect to join the DevOps for Applications team, which drives automation and developer enablement across the EDP platform. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native DevOps solutions that simplify workflows and accelerate software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end DevOps toolchains for cloud and hybrid environments, enabling CI/CD automation and seamless developer experience.

• Design and implement solutions integrating EDP CodeBuild, Registry, Deploy, and Developer Portal to optimize software delivery.

• Translate product vision into technical architecture, defining how to build the what.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable, modular, and highly available system designs.

• Ensure best practices in cloud infrastructure automation, security, and observability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing DevOps architectures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.

• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, artifact/image registries (e.g. Artifactory), and Kubernetes-based deployments.

• Strong understanding of IAM/RBAC, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders in large organizations.

• Knowledge of KRITIS or NIS2 compliance frameworks.

• Familiarity with cloud networking, DNS, and firewall concepts.

• Experience with PKI, Certificate Authority, or secret management tools (e.g. HashiCorp Vault).

• Background in the energy or mission-critical systems industry.
