Cyber Security Engineer

About the Project
As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions for IT systems in the finance/stock exchange industry. You will work closely with security teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

- Security Standards & Frameworks
- Security Tools: SIEM (Splunk, ELK), IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection
- Cloud Security: AWS, GCP, Azure (nice to have)
- Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls, policies, and monitoring tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Monitor security incidents and perform threat analysis
- Work closely with development teams to ensure secure coding practices
- Stay updated with the latest cyber threats and security trends
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of network and application security
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks
- Good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or CISM
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of DevSecOps and security automation
