💼 CoPilot Developer

📍 Remote | Contract/B2B | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced CoPilot Developer to support enterprise-level AI initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot, automation, and intelligent integration across Microsoft platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI-powered productivity, process optimization, and modern workplace transformation.

✅ Requirements

🎓 Experience:

Proven hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI solutions, particularly using Microsoft Copilot and surrounding tools.
Strong background in enterprise automation, data integration, and process improvement.

🛠 Technical Skills:

Proficiency in:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
Azure Services, especially AI and Logic Apps
Experience with Python or scripting languages used in automation or AI development.
Familiarity with AI builder, Power Automate Desktop, and Azure OpenAI integration is a plus.

📜 Certifications (nice to have):

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Other relevant AI or data science certifications

🎯 You’ll be responsible for:

Building and integrating AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot tools
Designing and automating business processes to enhance productivity and decision-making
Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify use cases for Copilot and turn them into scalable implementations
Leveraging Power Platform and Azure capabilities to deliver modern, user-centric solutions
