About the role
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change activities within complex, international transformation programs. This role combines structured project management with strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
You will be responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and ways of working evolve alongside technology and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership, you will drive organizational readiness and support successful adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.
Develop and execute change management strategies, roadmaps, and adoption plans aligned with project objectives.
Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change planning activities.
Design and implement stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, interviews, and change-related discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders.
Develop learning, training, and enablement approaches to support successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Establish and manage change champion networks and support leadership alignment activities.
Monitor adoption metrics, change KPIs, and organizational readiness indicators, recommending corrective actions where required.
Ensure alignment between change activities and overall project delivery plans.
Support governance, planning, risk management, and reporting activities related to change workstreams.
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience, including significant experience in organizational change management.
Proven experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs.
Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with technology-enabled transformations such as HR systems, ERP platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of recognized change management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP, or similar frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with senior leadership and international stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Consulting background (e.g. Big4, Accenture, Capgemini or similar).
Change management certifications (PROSCI, ACMP or equivalent).
Experience working in global and matrix organizations.
Experience managing change activities across multiple countries and regions.
