Calypso Business Analyst / Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Participation in diverse projects combining business, system, and technology knowledge, including coordination of activities.

• Delivery of consulting projects (solution selection, feasibility analysis, architecture design), management projects (project portfolio management, project management), and implementation projects (migrations, upgrades, technological transformations, regulatory implementations).

• Preparation of system analyses, scope analyses, requirement specifications, solution designs, and post-implementation documentation.

• Work with systems: documentation analysis, design, configuration, and testing.

• Acting as a functional/technical consultant, product owner, or subject-matter expert.

• Collaboration with industry experts, technology partners, and vendors.

• Participation in initiatives exploring new market trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Experience with the Calypso system.

• SQL knowledge would be an advantage.

• Ability to independently manage smaller projects or their parts.

• Knowledge of financial markets, treasury products, and Front/Back Office processes.

• Experience in business/system analysis, configuration, programming, testing, or system maintenance.

• Very good command of Polish and English.
