Business Analyst with Guidewire
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with deep Guidewire expertise to serve as a key link between our insurance clients and technical delivery teams. In this role, you won't just gather requirements; you will shape how insurance platforms are configured and optimized to meet complex business goals.
Core Responsibilities
Business Translation: Convert high-level client needs into detailed technical specifications, including BRD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
Functional Configuration: Design and setup product workflows, accounting rules, and insurance-specific settings within the Guidewire platform.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onsite coordinators and customer representatives, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis during testing phases to identify and resolve functional gaps.
Collaboration & Quality: Maintain a high standard of work culture through regular reporting, mentoring junior resources, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Technical & Professional Requirements
Insurance Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in end-to-end insurance solution implementations.
Guidewire Proficiency: Hands-on experience with the Guidewire ecosystem (Policy, Billing, or ClaimCenter).
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate complex workflows into personalized system setups.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users and vice versa.
Project Readiness: Ability to report progress accurately to management and a willingness to travel to client sites when required.
