Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to leads and managers.
- Travel to customer locations as needed.
- Foster a quality-driven work culture and lead by example.
- Manage performance and development of direct reports in line with organizational policies.
- Train, mentor, and support project resources.
- Participate in company-wide people initiatives.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end Insurance Solution implementations.
- Experience supporting and implementing banking platforms.
- Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD, TSD, FSD).
- Strong collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clients and development teams.
- Analytical skills to identify root causes during testing phases.
- Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder and client management experience.
