What You’ll Do:

🔹 Develop & Model RPA Solutions – Design and implement automated workflows using the NICE APA platform to enhance business efficiency.

🔹 Integrate Existing Systems – Seamlessly connect automation processes with tools like MS Office, SAP, email clients, and web browsers.

🔹 Establish RPA Governance – Define developer standards, security architectures, and governance models for sustainable automation strategies.

🔹 Test, Deploy & Optimize – Support users during bot deployment, troubleshoot issues, and enhance automation efficiency.

🔹 Train & Guide Teams – Share best practices and develop training concepts to upskill teams on RPA methodologies.

What You Bring:

✅ Proven experience in business process digitization and RPA automation.

✅ Expert-level knowledge of NICE APA – design, implementation, and orchestration.

✅ Strong understanding of RPA security architectures and governance models.

✅ Hands-on experience in integrating applications into RPA workflows (SAP, MS Office, browsers, etc.).

✅ Ability to train teams, establish standards, and optimize automation performance.

✅ Problem-solving mindset with experience in supporting RPA solutions post-deployment.
