Analytics Consultant
We are growing our Analytics as a Service offering and are looking for an Analytics Consultant who will help clients make better and faster decisions by fully leveraging their data.
This role is highly consultative and combines deep analytical work with close client collaboration. You will work across behavioural and growth analysis, experimentation, data strategy, and measurement frameworks, partnering with optimisation, technical teams, and senior client stakeholders.
As this is a growing area, you’ll have real influence on how the analytics service is shaped, delivered, and scaled across EMEA.
What you’ll be working on
Helping clients extract real business value from their data
Performing behavioural analysis, growth analysis, and experimentation
Designing and improving measurement frameworks and data collection setups
Supporting data strategy and improving data quality and tracking maturity
Running analytics and data workshops with clients
Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Working closely with optimisation specialists, technical consultants, and senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for
Strong analytical and technical skills combined with a product mindset
Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and behavioural data
Ability to tell a clear, compelling story using data and insights
Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing, consultative environment
Excellent communication skills and experience leading discussions and workshops
Core skills & experience
High proficiency in SQL
Experience with event-based tracking tools (e.g. GA and similar platforms)
Strong understanding of event tracking technologies and best practices
Experience with experiment design and statistical analysis
Ability to build measurement frameworks and contribute to data strategy
Proven experience working cross-functionally and building trusted partnerships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-centric mindset – able to identify and quantify opportunities using data
Nice to have
Experience promoting experimentation and analytics within an organisation
Background in agile / lean environments
Experience defining analytics best practices and ways of working
Experience training non-analysts to think more analytically
Familiarity with FullStory (nice to have, not mandatory)
