Enterprise AI Lead / AI Strategy Lead

We are looking for a senior professional to drive the adoption of AI across the organization. This role focuses on identifying high-impact use cases, shaping AI strategy, and building a roadmap for scalable implementation across business and technology teams.

🔹 Key responsibilities

• Assess current data, technology, and organizational readiness for AI adoption

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders

• Define and maintain a roadmap for enterprise AI initiatives

• Translate business needs into practical AI solutions

• Support the launch of initial AI projects and pilots

• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to define required capabilities and frameworks

• Contribute to shaping governance, processes, and best practices for AI implementation

🔹 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in. consulting, or digital transformation roles,

• Strong understanding of AI/ML, including GenAI and modern data ecosystems

• Experience identifying and delivering business-driven AI initiatives

• Knowledge of data architecture, governance, and AI lifecycle (incl. MLOps)

• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics clearly

• Fluent English
