Job description
Responsibilities
✅ Device & Workspace Management
- Administer and maintain macOS, iOS, and Android devices in an enterprise environment.
- Configure, deploy, and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) & Android Enterprise solutions.
- Manage SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for centralized endpoint administration.
- Oversee Office 365, remote support solutions (BeyondTrust, LogMeIn, TeamViewer), and collaboration tools.
✅ Security & Compliance
- Implement endpoint security policies, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
- Monitor compliance and ensure secure access to enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and mobile device-related incidents (Tier 2-3 support).
✅ Process & Project Involvement
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve user workspace services.
- Document procedures, configurations, and best practices.
- Participate in strategic IT projects, driving innovation and optimization.
About You
🔹 4+ years of experience in Mac and Mobile device administration in an enterprise environment.
🔹 Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.
🔹 Experience with Active Directory & Azure AD integration.
🔹 Familiarity with enterprise security solutions, including antivirus, encryption, and remote access tools.
🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS, and application issues.
🔹 Fluent in English (B2/C1) for effective communication.
🎯 Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint Management, Apple, or Android Enterprise are a plus!
