IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least high school education
- Communicative English - verbal and written
- Driving license Category B.
- General IT knowledge - hardware and software
- Experience in managing MS Win XP, Win 8, Win 10, Windows 2008-2019 Server
- Familiar with Active Directory
- MS T-SQL language knowledge
- Familiar with networking and routing protocols –knowledge of Juniper or/and Fortigate technology would be an additional advantage
- Linux (Rapsbian, routing) knowledge
- Experience with software troubleshooting (MS Office, emails), hardware and network problems
- Experience in WiFi, printers, scanners, print servers configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to judge the priorities
- Keen to learn and keep pace with the latest technologies
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / BENEFITS
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Installation, maintenance and upgrade of server operating systems - Windows and Linux
- Day to day support to user queries and internal customer advisory
- Participation in interesting IT projects
- Carry out occasional work scheduled besides regular working hours (on-call duty)
