We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and proven leadership experience. If you’re ready to take ownership of implementation projects and lead development teams in a dynamic insurance environment, this role is for you.


✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development (Gosu)
  • At least 2 years of experience leading development teams
  • Strong understanding of configuration, integration, and customization in ClaimCenter
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to guide and mentor development teams while maintaining high technical standards


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee technical delivery of ClaimCenter implementations
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to align expectations and provide regular updates
  • Solution Design: Create scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with system architecture
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure testing practices, and maintain coding standards
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve issues during and after implementation
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Guidewire updates and suggest process improvements
