Job description

Tasks:

  • Coordinate internal resources and work with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation 
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress 
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques 
  • Report and escalate to management as needed 
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders 
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 
  • Accountability for project success 

 

Requirements: 

  • Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Min. 10 years of total experience in IT, 6+ years of experience as PM or in similar role
  • Very good familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, frameworks and best practices
  • Knowledge of how to work in Agile project
  • Understanding of business objectives and how to set up a project so it can be executed within the timeframe and budget
  • Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern technologies
  • Proactive attitude, figuring things out
  • Ability to manage priorities and risks
  • Very good knowledge of English
