Goal of the Position: 

As a Test Automation and QA Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing quality assurance strategies, processes and frameworks for software development and delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of applications by defining robust testing strategies and aligning QA practices with organizational goals and technical standards. As a member of the CTO office, your goal is to bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and QA engineers to achieve high quality results. 

You'll need:

• 6+ years of experience in QA roles, including at least 2 years as a QA Lead.
• Proficiency in test automation (experience with frameworks like Playwright, Cypress)
• Expertise in scripting and programming languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP, and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Proficiency in API testing – experience with tools like Postman, RestAssured.
• Strong leadership skills: mentoring QA teams, excellent stakeholder communication, initiating improvements and changes, even in the face of resistance.
• Knowledge of QA best practices and quality standards – implementing test automation and modern QA practices in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
• Proven ability to drive change: who will actively push for change and improvements, even when the first response is "it can't be done."
