Mid Frontend Engineer - 3 month contract, 100% remote possible

At Limango IT, you’ll have the chance to apply your ideas and expertise to improve customer service and order management for the German, Polish, and Dutch markets. You’ll work with a modern technology stack, including cloud-based solutions, service-oriented architecture, and event-driven communication. Additionally, you’ll join an established international agile team comprising experienced developers, a dedicated Product Owner, and a QA engineer.  

In this position you will be involved in reshaping the Limango user experience by redesigning and rebuilding the product listing and detail pages. This includes optimizing performance, improving usability, and implementing modern, scalable front-end solutions with React and TypeScript. You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to ensure a seamless, engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your work will directly impact how users discover, explore, and interact with products on our platform.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience overall

• JavaScript/TypeScript expertise with at least 2 years of professional experience

• Experience with ReactJS (modern versions with function components and React Hooks)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR)

• Familiarity with Styled ComponentsBasic experience with unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library

• Familiarity with AngularJS or other frameworks

• Exposure to backend technologies or DevOps experience
