Digital Marketing Specialist with GTM Expertise-3 Month Contract

Your role and main tasks

The goal of the Position: 

Own implementation and governance of tracking and tagging across our digital ecosystem using Google Tag Manager to enable reliable analytics, measurement and personalization. 

Daily tasks of the position:

• Design, implement and maintain tracking plans using Google Tag Manager (web + mobile + server-side). 

• Collaborate with analytics, product, development and marketing teams to translate business questions into a robust tracking strategy. 

• Troubleshoot discrepancies in data, maintain documentation and run regular audits. 

• Train marketing stakeholders on tag implementation basics and change processes. 

Projects of the position: GTM, Google Tag Gateway, Google Ads, Customer Match

You will need

Professional requirements for the candidate: 

• Availability for a short-term project (3 months)

• 2–4+ years working with Google Tag Manager (web and/or mobile) in a production environment.

• Hands-on experience implementing tracking for paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok).

• Experience with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, GA Debugger, Tag Assistant) and version control of GTM containers.

• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals) and REST APIs.

• Good analytical mindset and attention to data accuracy.

• Tools:  Google Tag Manager (Client, Server), Google Analytics 4 (optional), Google Ads, Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools, basic JavaScript
