As an UX/UI Designer with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops to ideate and conceptualize eHealth solutions.
• Perform usability tests and heuristic evaluations to ensure optimal user experience.
• Design user journeys based on touchpoints to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze user research studies to inform design decisions.
• Support teams in creating user stories and implementing agile methodologies.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Skills:

• Design Expertise: UX/UI design, accessibility standards, and Design Thinking.
• Tools: Proficiency in Axure, Figma, and Lucidspark.
• Language: German (C1)

Methodologies:

• Agile and Scrum frameworks for efficient team collaboration.

Certifications:

• Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills to lead workshops and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
