As a Senior Project Manager with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PMO standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistent project management practices.
• Standardize and streamline project methods and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on project metrics, KPIs, and status reports to ensure transparency and project control.
• Support project managers and teams in applying project management methodologies and tools.
• Conduct risk and quality management activities, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Coordinate and optimize resource management within the project portfolio.
• Support the strategic alignment and prioritization of the project portfolio.
• Conduct training and workshops for project managers and teams to promote best practices in project management.
• Continuously improve PMO processes by incorporating feedback and implementing new approaches and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and leadership to advance PMO goals and support project management excellence across the organization.
• Provide support in the entire project lifecycle, including commercial management.
• Work closely with IT change management, IT financial management, and IT provider management.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in project planning and control, risk and quality management, budgeting, and resource management.
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong background in PMO-specific skills, including PMO structures, processes, and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and MS Office products.
• Advanced communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of organizational development and continuous improvement practices.
• German language: C1

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
