As a Scrum Master with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Coach and guide agile teams in adopting and optimizing Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events and workshops to ensure productive and effective team interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and remove impediments to progress.
• Enhance team productivity and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Skills:

• Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Scrum, Lean, and Design Thinking principles.
• Tools: Experience with JIRA and Confluence for agile project management.
• Language: German (C1)

Certifications:

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM2 or A-CSM) is required.

Soft Skills:

• Strong moderation and coaching abilities to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
