We’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our client’s new tech hub in Warsaw. This is a role for someone who wants both to stay hands-on with cloud and automation, and to take ownership as a leader—guiding a small team, mentoring engineers, and setting the direction for DevOps practices.
You’ll work on a platform that processes petabytes of aerial imagery, powers AI-driven analytics, and delivers real-time geospatial intelligence worldwide. Scale, reliability, and security are key—your work will directly impact how the system runs at global level.

🚀 Who we’re looking for
Must-haves:
7+ years of experience in DevOps
2+ years in a tech lead role
Strong experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
Advanced skills in containerisation & modernisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform)
Deep experience with Linux and cloud-native workloads
Strong background in CI/CD, automation, and observability
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience designing scalable, highly available environments
Nice-to-haves:
Exposure to NIST cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (SOC2)
Experience with AWS Security Tools
Familiarity with container vulnerability / compliance scanning tools
Knowledge of enterprise architectures
Positive, collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills

Leading, mentoring, and supporting up to 3 DevOps Engineers
Designing and implementing scalable, secure infrastructure in the cloud
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Driving observability, logging, and monitoring strategies
Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape infrastructure roadmaps
Championing modern DevOps practices and culture across the team
