🚀 About the roleWe’re looking for a Java Developer to join our international engineering team. You’ll work on designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications for enterprise and SaaS platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver modern, efficient, and reliable software solutions in a cloud-based environment.

🧠 Your responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot

• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems

• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security

• Participate in the design and optimization of microservices architecture

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (JUnit, Mockito)

• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

• Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD)

🧩 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Java Developer

• Strong proficiency in Java 11+ / 17 and Spring Boot

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments

• Experience working with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems

• Solid grasp of design patterns, clean code principles, and unit testing

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems

• Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC

• Experience in performance tuning and security best practices

• German proficiency at B2 level or higher
