As a Expert UX/UI with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intuitive User Interfaces and interaction components with a focus on reducing unnecessary complexity.
• Work on finding solutions to usability problems, ensuring the final product is efficient and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement design proposals through design systems, style guides, and React component development.
• Conduct user testing to verify and continuously improve design solutions.
• Participate in the entire agile development process, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Combine technical understanding with a design approach based on user needs and potential design space.
• Monitor developments in frontend technologies and usability.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in UX/UI design methodologies, including user-centered design and interaction design.
• Experience with tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Knowledge in programming languages and frameworks such as React, MUI, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and Storybook.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies and incremental development.
• Expertise in requirements analysis, use cases, and UX Design methodology.
• Solid communication and networking skills.
• Academic background in (Media) Computer Science, Communication Design, User Experience, Human Factors, or a comparable qualification.
• German language proficiency (C1).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures and agile frameworks like Kanban.
