About the Role

We are thrilled to invite a highly skilled Blockchain Expert to join our pioneering initiative focused on revolutionizing digital identity through decentralized technologies. This role involves designing and implementing a state-of-the-art Decentralized Identity (DID) system that leverages blockchain and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) for secure and privacy-preserving solutions. Join us in shaping the future of digital identity while upholding user autonomy and robust data protection.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts on permissioned Ethereum-based blockchains and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
• Integrate Zero-Knowledge Proof frameworks to facilitate privacy-preserving identity verification.
• Implement Decentralized Identifier (DID) functionalities, including creation, updates, and revocation processes.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate blockchain functionalities into mobile and web applications.
• Develop off-chain storage solutions using IPFS and encrypted data handling mechanisms.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience with Ethereum-based blockchains (e.g., Hyperledger Besu, Layer 2 solutions).
• Proficiency in Solidity for smart contract development.
• Experience with Zero-Knowledge Proof libraries (zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs, or similar).
• Familiarity with decentralized storage systems like IPFS.
• Strong expertise in backend development using Node.js or Java.
• Proficiency in API development, containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to an agile, fast-paced work environment.
• English: B2/C1

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing gasless transactions.
• Familiarity with DID standards (W3C) and verifiable credentials.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure deployment practices.
• Awareness of data sovereignty and regulatory compliance frameworks.
