Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer for our client – an innovative technology company that collaborates with global financial institutions, assisting them in modernizing payment systems, data analysis, and optimizing banking processes. The company combines advanced technology with financial sector expertise to deliver intelligent and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients, engineering teams, architects, and technical experts to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Lead engineering implementation, ensuring high-quality code and system architecture.
• Actively participate in engineering meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Share your knowledge and experience with the team and the broader organization.
• Work in an international environment among experts who are passionate about modern technologies.

Ideal candidate profile

• Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or others).
• Knowledge of English at least at B2 level
• Experience in projects from the financial sector (nice to have)

Salary: 140 - 155 PLN/h (B2B)
