Requirements:

  • proficient in Java with a strong background in developing backend services using the Spring framework,
  • good knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes,
  • skilled in working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or ElasticSearch,
  • proficient in using ORM tools like EntityFramework, nHibernate, and Hibernate,
  • experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI,
  • knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure OR AWS OR Google Cloud),
  • adaptable to Agile development methodologies.


Responsibilities:

  • lead the team, while also effectively working autonomously to meet assigned objectives,
  • share expertise and best practices in software development, both within and outside the team,
  • supervise day-to-day operations,
  • research, assess, design, and implement novel tools, frameworks, and methodologies to construct enduring software solutions,
  • establish and oversee team performance metrics,
  • identify training requirements and deliver coaching,
  • actively listen to team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise,
  • acknowledge outstanding performance and offer recognition for achievements,
  • inspire and motivate team members.
